Poster competition 

  1. Entry Submission:
    1. Participants must complete one of the three official entry methods provided by the contest organizers.
    2. Up to three entries per person is allowed.
    3. The submitted poster/s must be original and created solely by the participant.
    4. Plagiarism or any form of copyright infringement will result in immediate disqualification.
    5. The posters must not contain profane or subversive language as these will be posted in public spaces for the general public.
  2. Theme and Format:
    1. Participants must adhere to the given theme.
    2. The poster must be submitted in a digital format, preferably in a high-resolution JPEG or PDF file.
    3. The maximum file size for submission is 10 MB
  3. Rights and Permissions:
    1. By submitting their entry, participants grant the contest organizers a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and display the poster in connection with the contest and any related promotional activities.
    2. Participants will retain ownership and all other rights to their submitted posters.
  4. Judging and Selection:
    1. The judging panel will consist of qualified individuals selected by the contest organizers.
    2. The selection of winners will be based on criteria determined by the judging panel, such as creativity, originality, adherence to the theme, and overall impact of the poster.
    3. The decision of the judging panel will be final and binding.
  5. Winner Notification:
    1. Winners will be notified via the contact information provided in their entry form.
    2. If a winner cannot be contacted within a specified period, an alternative winner may be selected at the discretion of the contest organizers.
  6. Publicity:
    1. By participating in the contest, winners agree to allow the contest organizers to use submitted posters for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
  7. Disqualification and Termination:
    1. The contest organizers reserve the right to disqualify any participant who violates the terms and conditions or engages in any fraudulent or unethical behavior.
